After a significant health crisis of her own, Heather took time off to focus on healing her own body, mind, and spirit. In March 2017, Heather completed the Health Coach Program at the Institute for Integrated Nutrition. Heather is now combining her professional and personal experiences to provide support to others on their path to healing.
